The Polish-German SOLNEST Group is hiring workers for its construction sites and prefabrication plants in the following trades: steel fixer, carpenter, formwork carpenter, bricklayer, plasterer, painter, powder coater (metal elements), steel structure assembler, forklift and crane operators, welders using the MIG/MAG 135 method, as well as other technical and mechanical professions.

We offer an employment contract and all benefits required under the labor code and the applicable regulations regarding employment in Germany.

During the training/internship and apprenticeship period, employees will receive remuneration/allowance of €15 gross per hour for each hour worked. After the internship period, an individual evaluation will be carried out and a decision will be made regarding further employment.
